In conjunction with CATS-TV, the City of Bloomington Animal Care and Control Department produces a weekly television show, "Pets Without Partners." This program provides area residents with medical, training, and behavior tips and advice to facilitate the development of well-mannered and healthy companion animals. Also included are fun facts and stories about companion animals and the significant role they play in our lives. Services provided by the Shelter and the companion animals available for adoption are featured weekly.
"Pets Without Partners" has been a weekly program on CATS since 1985, making it the longest-running animal shelter program in the country. The program, hosted by Emily Herr, is a joint production of the Bloomington Animal Shelter and Community Access Television Services
