The Flood Warning continues for
the White River at Spencer.
* Until further notice.
* At 9:30 PM Sunday the stage was 19.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...it will continue to fall.
* At 20.0 feet...Hyden Road, fifth Avenue, and west side of Cooper
street in southern Spencer begin to flood.

The Flood Warning continues for
the White River below Eagle Valley Power Plant.
* Until Friday evening.
* There have been no observations in the last 24 hours.
* Flood stage is 603.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...it is forecast to rise above flood stage late Wednesday
night, crest at 603.5 feet Thursday evening, and then fall below
flood stage by Friday morning.
* At 603.5 feet...Blue Bluff Road just north of Blue Bluff bridge has
about six inches of water on it.

the White River near Centerton.
* Until Friday evening.
* At 10:00 PM Sunday the stage was 11.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...rise above flood stage by late Wednesday night and
continue to rise to near 12.5 feet by Thursday evening. It will
fall below flood stage by Friday morning.
* At 12.4 feet...Road just north of Blue Bluff bridge has about six
inches of water on it.

The Flood Watch continues for
* portions of central Indiana, east central Indiana, south
central Indiana, southeast Indiana, southwest Indiana, and
west central Indiana, including the following areas, in
central Indiana, Bartholomew, Boone, Decatur, Hamilton,
Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, rush, and Shelby.
In east central Indiana, Henry. In south central Indiana,
Brown, Jackson, Lawrence, and Monroe. In southeast Indiana,
Jennings. In southwest Indiana, Daviess, Greene, Knox, Martin,
and Sullivan. In west central Indiana, Clay, Owen, Putnam, and
Vigo.
* Through Tuesday morning
* periods of rain, possibly heavy at times, are expected through
Tuesday morning. At this time, the highest chances for heavy
rain are expected this afternoon and tonight.
* River flooding is expected and will likely worsen due to the
additional rainfall. Standing water in fields and along some
area roads will occur. This may result in driving difficulties
and Road closures.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.
You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
flood warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
Should a warning be issued...be prepared to turn around and don't
drown. Never drive your vehicle into flood water.

...Areas of dense fog and a few slick spots this morning...
Widespread fog, and areas of dense fog, will continue this
morning. Visibility may drop to a half mile or less at times.
In addition, there may be some lingering slick spots from
sunday's snow in some areas.
If traveling this morning, be alert for rapidly changing
visibility as well as some slick spots on roads. Slow down, leave
plenty of distance between vehicles, and use low beam headlights.
